Today i placed an order with Hetal(Splashhh Soaps) for 10 hampers for Diwali. initially she said it would be delivered by 27-28 October. That was ok with me since it would
be delivered 1 day prior to Bhai Dhuj.
Within 3-4 hours Hetal said to me that hampers are ready all packed and ready to be dispatched. So now i will get the delivery of 10 hampers in next 2-3 days.
Now that's what i call Customer Care. Way to go Hetal.
